Gender differences (according to a 6 year old)

The kids and I have been going to the mall a lot over the Easter holidays because they've had free face painting going on.  I thought they'd get bored of it, but this morning they asked me to go one last time as today was the last day they were doing it.  This was their fourth time.  See the photos below...

Back home, after collecting Adam from work we were talking about what we'd been doing and Lani was telling him about going to the mall.  He asked if it was quite busy, she thought it was.  He asked if there were lots of mummies there, she said there were, and not many daddies.  He asked her why she thought that was and her response was "Because the Daddies always go to work and the Mummies always shop and clean the house." :D

1st day - Tilly was too scared to have it on her face so got a little flower on her hand

2nd day - Tilly got a little bit braver :D I think the face painting lady out did herself on the monkey and donkey! (Yes, Lani asked for a donkey.  I really don't know why, I tried to persuade her otherwise, the lady said she'd never done one before, but still she insisted!)
